You studied Spanish--that's awesome. I wish I had been smart enough to know I'd need it down the road.

I love penguins too! Have you seen any?

Heh. You crack me up. Hang in there, my love. I know you've been having a rough time lately, but I hope things with your husband will work out with time.

Yay for Latin speakers! It's the one language I actually enjoyed studying. It probably had something to do with the stagnant nature of the vocabulary...

What's wrong with honey?

I love your new icon! Did you make it yourself? And I'm very impressed that you dance; it's always looked like a difficult skill to me. Have you won contests?

I actually had to look up calamari to find out what it was. I've never eaten squid, but I did dissect one in high school biology. Ick.

Decent-fitting or decent-looking? I actually don't have a pair of comfortable pants that look nice myself. I have some that are comfortable and some that look nice, but never the two shall meet.

You can? Man, I can barely walk in heels of any kind; they make me feel tilted. I've never had tripe, unless you count American hot dogs, which probably have bits of everything under the sun in them. The description of tripe doesn't sound appealing, though. :p

Sushi, bleh. I'm not a big seafood person, though I can eat fish if the taste is entirely covered by something else.

Oh, I do. I'd retire today if I had the means. But since by the time I reach retirement age the concept may be obselete, a decent job is a blessing.
